Submission Guidelines            

Adult ID Fellows' Day Session   

The deadline for submission is Wednesday, May 18 at 5 p.m. EDT.

All cases for the general ID Fellows' Day presentation should be submitted in electronic format to idimages@partners.org.   

Each submission must include: 

• A scanned version* of the cover letter with all contributors' signatures. (Download the cover letter template.)
• A PowerPoint presentation of the case. (Download the sample presentation.)
• A Word document of the case. (Download the publication template.)       

In addition, a hard copy of the cover letter should be mailed to:

Pediatric ID Fellows' Day Session 

The deadline for submission is Wednesday, May 18 at 5 p.m. EDT. 

All cases for the pediatric ID Fellows' Day presentation should be submitted in electronic format to http://docs.pids.org.   

Each submission must include:

• A scanned version* of the cover letter with all contributors' signatures. (Download the cover letter template.)
• A PowerPoint presentation of the case. (Download the sample presentation.)
• A Word document of the case. (Download the publication template.)

In addition, a hard copy of the cover letter should be mailed to:
