Checklist for Abstract Submissions

The deadline for abstract submission is Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 5 p.m. EST.

Do you have everything you need to submit an abstract for IDSA's 49th Annual Meeting?

1. The submitting author must be the author who intends to present the abstract at the Annual Meeting.
   
        
2. The abstract must follow our formatting guidelines.
   
        
3. Review any awards and grants you may wish to apply for; if necessary, ask your program director for a confirmation letter.
   
        
4. Agree to IDSA's embargo and copyright policy.
   
          
5. Resolve any Personal Conflicts of Interest.  
        
6. Submit your abstract online.  

After the Submission Deadline

Missed the deadline?  Review the Latebreaker Guidelines and Submit a Late Breaker Abstract.

1. Wait for a disposition notification.
   
        
2. Continue checking the 49th Annual Meeting website for updated dates and information.
